When I created this website just prior to the 2018 Minnesota State Fair, the concept seemed so certain as to almost be formulaic: at the end of each summer, the annual Great Minnesota Get-Together would happen like clockwork, and with each passing year there would be a cavalcade of new foods, attractions, exhibits, and entertainment…
